Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawal processing. mahkota8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All accounts must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals from accounts with incomplete KYC documentation will be held in a pending state until documentation is submitted and approved.

mahkota8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit mahkota8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mahkota8 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes not resolved through mahkota8's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect your rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
